I'm going to an under 21 neon party.. HELP ON WHAT TO WEAR?!?

Okay so I'm 15 but I love wearing sexy clothes (I'm not a hoe) I don't like showing too much but I like tight outfits. I want to wear maybe like a dress. Something not too expensive maybe under $60. I need help! I'm not so great with fashion. Pictures would be great! Thanks ^.^
