Im in love with my best friend boy?

i have to ask u ppl.......have u ever been in love with youre best fr?........because only if u are u may understand me....i like him alot.....because he make me feel happy around him......he hug me so much kiss me in forhead in face in neck (2times now) and said me everytime when he hug and kiss me that : ''i love u so much sincerely'' he gives me song in fb..and we flirt alot and we look so much in the eyes and provoked me .........we fight alot......but idk what should i do to make him known that i have a crush 4him? how to give a boy some sign ? and dp make him feel smth 4me?..........because some times agow he loves sooo much a girlllllllll but she refused him ........he everytime send in her fb coments likes and now he make this things alot with me.......im feeling pffffffffff needdd help.........
