Is it possible to get over being raped?

I just recently turned 16. Last year I was tanning in my back yard in my bikini. We have big fences all around the yard so no one can see into the yard. My neighbor came over and asked if he could borrow something. I told him sure and that I would get it for him. When I went into the kitchen. I felt him grab me from behind and he took me to the ground. I tried pushing him off me but he forced himself. When I finally was brave enough I told my parents. We took him to court but they threw out the case because of lack of evidence(his word against mine). I feel like maybe its kinda my fault. Maybe I provoked him by wearing a bikini. Is there any way to get over it?
