Changing my style for next school year HELPP?!?

I really wanna change my style for the school year coming up ill b in 8th grade and i really want to dress punk-girly or at least how rocky blue (aka zendaya) dresses also I wanted to design my own clothes aswell as buying them (need help with stores) I want tutus and lace leggings, and combat boots to tie in with the punky girly style I need help on building cute outfit around the clothing and shoes and stuff so please help figure out how to achieve this look Also im like this skintone http://kolaperfume.5u.com/images/door_of_kush_woman_2_237x250.jpg and I rock my natural hair I thought the look would b weird with my skintone so im putting myself down about it but plz help
