How should i make this outfit look even better?

My style is usually hang over the shirts and shirts with the back out and my hair is really what i need help on..so my hair is about a half an inch away from my shoulders and im an light skin african american girl(and i have a perm.…which makes my hair straight of course)(that's just extra info you might have have needed to kno)how shall i wear my hair??
