When is killing someone justified? (Read description)?

ughhh this is pretty dumb.. not your question of course because I've asked the same thing plenty of times myself its the answer that is. the person will be prosecuted because the killer did nothing to them. the best thing that person could do is call the cops and just lay low until they show up i sat through 2 seasons of Dexter asking myself the same thing =P J Wilkes Booth happened a long long time ago also death sentence isn't in all states i know Texas is but California ins't remember Charles Manson.. hes still rotting in California prison where as people in Texas get the death sentence all the time. hope this helped! you'd think the state would want them dead right!!!!!!!!
